It seems this warning only affects development mode. Here is the warning documentation. After inspecting the window object as suggested by the same documentation, the results where the following:

window.litElementVersions: ['4.2.2']
window.litHtmlVersions: ['3.3.2', '3.3.2']
window.reactiveElementVersions: ['2.1.2']

It seems that litHtml may have two versions, but both are the same. Also, this doesn't seem to be a worrying warning at all.
