[🐛]: Unable to harvest glass block

Expected Behavior

Gem saw breaks glass block and makes it drop a glass block item.

Actual Behavior

Gem saw breaks glass block and drops nothing. I have tried several places in my world and still get the same result.
If requested I could share my world through a google drive.

Steps to Reproduce

Make a Kaolin clay pit then basin pour the glass and break it with a gem saw.

Additional Information

It works as intended in a different world (creative mode).
