Option to only autoplay videos if tab is active/focused? #4100

Describe the feature
When opening a video in a background tab, YouTube doesn't initiate autoplay until you click on that tab. I want an option in PIped to autoplay a video only once a tab is focused.
Why would this be useful to add?
When you open multiple videos in background tabs, this would prevent them from playing at the same time and making the foreground video unwatchable.
