Chinese file names in zip file are garbled

When opening zip file in Amaze, Chinese file names are garbled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download chinese-example.zip
2. Open it in Amaze. File names are garbled

Expected behavior
File names should be Chinese characters.
