Beautiful README! Well done :)
Minor things from what I've seen in the README:

• please add a description (under the about section on the right)
• please add versions of the libraries used
• what does Could you include a sketch of your board? Ideally, you also include the source code. mean? :)
• add funding attribution: OPEN!NEXT received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement no. 869984.
  is funded as a EU-H2020
• Are the questions in brackets under ABOUT THE DESIGN left there intentionally?
• in our case we used pycharm (version?) → either add version or remove brackets
• add a point that the app can be used for plain text input OR Mediawiki-based websites (while this was only tested on Appropedia)
• remove questions under IMPROVEMENTS section
• Please include any additional information, files or documentation that you would like us to consider inside the Files section of your Project. → where is that Files section? :)
• clarify scope of the last section of POTENTIAL IMPROVEMENTS → are those the steps a company should take in order to include the project in their business model?
• References used: → there's just one reference in the list :)

• are NERapp, NERapp2 and NERapp3 different versions of the same app? :) → if so, we need to talk then
• What data was used to train the model and where can one find it?

• In the title instead of characteristics - change it to metadata?
• in the third point i see a spelling mistagke in entities :)
• Last point in introduction.. instead of contruct -> manufacture prototypes/ individualized products
• connect OTRL6 to the link which explains it (same for ODRL)
• Instead of fulfilling -> completing the documentation
• Instead of better score -> better accuracy (score)?
• In section product features, check the spelling of algorithm in the first point & reformulate "train the train data"
• I could only read until then, will read further and provide you with feedback
