Server Browser UI

Currently, the game requires CLI arguments to connect to a specific server, but it may be a more immersive experience, if we had the server browser built into the game (on the main menu) instead of having an external launcher.

Counter argument for this browser, besides the complexity stemming from OIDC (#9) that has to be done from red4ext, is the fact that individual servers may want to provide their own ArchiveXL, lua and redscript bundles, that we'd have to add to the game before launching for the best effect.
