Steps to reproduce

This is not the same as issue #219. Main menu is working as expected.

After getting into the main menu and launching a solo game the grip buttons do not work. Grip is required to use weapons in the game. The trigger buttons and other buttons do seem to work, just not grip.

The game works correctly in ALVR/SteamVR.
Game does not work in Opencomposite (main menu launches and then the game crashes)

Note: The Sapphire/Rin version of xrizer (compiled 12/7) does have a working grip, though the wrist angle is rotated off from where it should be. This nightly from that time frame also did not have a working grip buttton.

Saw some diff report about this but can't find it now - suggested ImSapphire's fork & can confirm that works for gripping weapons. Not sure what IVRInput DoE expects but I see they added v4 support to this repo recently, will try again.
