Resource refresh does not work

If I refresh the resources manually or automatically, it doesn't seem to add the new resources in the right resources panel.

I can see that the refresh is happening ; the quantity of mdia files changes shortly to the refresh icon.
Adding files or deleting files doesn't matter, nothing changes in the resources section, nor does the quantity of resources change.

Only solutions seems to be is restarting SC.
