As an Engineer, I want to build a conversation analytics view (query logs, usefulness ratings, query volume trends, citation engagement) so that domain owners and West Zone Sups can monitor how teachers are using the system.

Acceptance criteria

• Query log viewer showing teacher queries and AI responses
• Usefulness rating summary (thumbs up/down counts + rate)
• Query volume trend over time
• Citation engagement metrics
• Access restricted to authorised users per 6.6

Dependencies

• 6.3 (log storage), 6.6 (access control)
