This patch fixes two build issues
in a compile, you want don't want the installed shared libraries to be linked, but if you put the TK libraries first, then the compile will see the -L/usr/lib64 and pull in the installed shared libraries instead of the local ones
You need to include the tcl private headers if tkCanvas.h is included
