Heart Health Symptoms Score Categories Naming

Problem

On the dropdown of different categories on the heart heath page, the "Specific Symptoms Score" needs a new name

Solution

Change the shortened name on the list (circled in the image below) to "Symptoms"
Change the Full name on the opened page (underlined in the image below) to "Symptom Frequency Score"
Change the column titled "Heart Failure Symptoms" in the health summary to "Symptom Frequency"

The first two points appear to have already been implemented and merged into main some time ago. For the third point ("Symptom Frequency" in the Health Summary) I created a PR in the ENGAGE-HF-Firebase repository.
