I tried creating a free GitBook account and searching for NIPAP to no avail.
Did the link change? Is it no longer available? Would you be able to publish the epub/pdf versions someplace else?
PS: I also see that this documentation is 8+ years old. Is it still relevant to current NIPAP versions?
