Win Build

@tresf when following the build on windows guide (which is "not yet supported", oops) I get the following issue on compiling step one
-- package 'sndfile>=1.0.11' not found
Any idea what that's about? Sorry to bother you but I didn't wanna derail yet another bug report with yet another build issue. If I can get building on windows working I won't need to deal with virtualbox, which would increase my motivation to work on LMMS greatly ;)
