Better help text in tui

This might already be a feature, but I haven't figured it out. I have no idea of the controls other than 1-4, because I can't seem to find them anywhere. I love TUIs where you can hit '?' and get a help box for shortcuts, controls, etc.

At least I would recommend documenting keybinding/navigation, etc in the README

Yeah you need to know that you can type h for help.

I have considered to add a [h]elp somewhere in the tui, but I haven’t found a good place

Perfect, that is just what I was looking for! I am used to having that mapped to '?' in other TUIs. I sent a pull request for adding shortcuts in the README, since I couldn't find them anywhere
