Can I input keys using the Windows on-screen keyboard?

I have a hand disability and it is difficult for me to operate a keyboard.
I can input keys from the on-screen keyboard into evilC's UCR, but I can't input keys into Snoothy's UCR.
Is there a way to input keys from the on-screen keyboard into Snoothy's UCR?
