[discuss] remove folder `vendor`

We can fetch the lua-resty-hmac from luarocks or opm now.

So I think we can delete the folder "vendor" now.

We only need to set the correct dependency library for the specified version.

1. It is easy to use the latest version of lua-resty-hmac.
2. The project only contains the code maintained by us.
