Add details to added address/servers like motd - uptime - status

A server can now only add a title + address into the address list.
Zilacon from APOC Gaming recommended that we should do more with the addresses and possible check for MOTD, Uptime, Status, and show it on the server detail page.
Based on these uptimes, the average uptime of the server should be calculated. This uptime is more accurate than just pinging the Hub continuously.

Received some more feedback:
"I think in general it would be a good idea, but I would make it configurable. Something like "Use addresses" or "Use main address"
Because in our case, for example, every address directs to the same BungeeCord instance, so it would basically be the same for all addresses and would be a waste of server resources"

The moral of the storage, make it configurable to save resources.
