"Page overflow" with DIN-5008-A and sender extra #41
Description
With the basic usage example from the README, if you add the option format: "DIN-5008-A",, then the sender name (Anja Ahlsen) sits right at the top edge of the page. If you add another line to extra, then the name disappears. So it seems like extra is not accounted for when calculating the position of the first line of the sender.
