Currently iris-grib supports loading GDT 40 (see [here](https://github.com/SciTools/iris-grib/blob/0e53c681e9b4c1f67c6e1291cd9b711492730df1/src/iris_grib/_grib2_convert.py#L1076)) but not saving it. We would like to write out data on an octahedral reduced gaussian grid. I can provide some example files of what "good" looks like.
