Improve accessibility when font is zoomed

Are there any suggestions for how to fix issues with enlarging text, and can such issues be addressed in conjunction with any areas of responsive design that may be being addressed?

1. Test all themes for issues that arise when font is zoomed.
2. Add script to detect font zooming.
3. Write styles dependent on font zooming to mitigate display problems (prioritize fixing overlapping content and navigation access)
