What are the project goals?

MVP

Provide a map view of Franklin County Crash data.

• Display map
• Provide Limiters for incident_year*, incident_subject and incident_severity
• When press submit, display map with icons for incident_subjects, e.g., pedestrian, bicycle, and wheelchair
• If possible, allow indication of severity in the icon or possibly heat map, e.g., red, yellow, green
