Use Emacs and Vim keymaps by default in the next major release

As a macOS user, I usually use the ctrl + f,b,n,p instead of pressing the arrow keys (macOS has built-in suppport for basic Emacs keymap).

Currently, many terminal apps are also using Inquirer.js. However, they generally only use the default settings. This isn't user-friendly for someone like me who uses ctrl + f,b,n,p.

I think it would be nice if we could consider using the Emacs and Vim keymaps by default in the next release.

The issue is that those key-bindings conflicts with the "type to search" features in all list prompts.

e.g in a country list, typing "Chi" will jump to the "China" option. Just like inside select box on the web.

What we could do is expose a global environment variable to let users configure their preference; when vim/emacs modes are on, we disable the type to search functionality. Like INQUIRER_KEYBINDINGS=vim
