Termux-container will help you do this，but if you want to do it yourself, here's the way:
To create a linux container, you need to root your phone first, and make sure the command su works on your device.
Then, download the rootfs for it,there are many ways to get a container rootfs,and the easiest is to use the lxc mirror:

You can find the rootfs in the directory like [DISTRO]/[VERSION]/[ARCH]/default(or openrc for gentoo)/[TIME]
make sure the [arch] is suitable for your device, and download the rootfs.tar.xz
You need to create a directory for container, and uncompress the rootfs to it,for example:

mkdir test
tar -xJvf rootfs.tar.xz -C test

Then, make sure you are running with root privileges, mount some system directories to container and fix bugs on Android：

#fix su command:
chown root:root test/bin/su
chmod 777 test/bin/su
#fix dns:
rm -f test/etc/resolv.conf >> /dev/null 2>&1
echo nameserver 8.8.8.8 >> test/etc/resolv.conf
echo nameserver 114.114.114.114 >> test/etc/resolv.conf
#fix network and other permissions:

mv group_add.sh test/tmp/
#chroot into container and exec group_add.sh:

unset LD_PRELOAD
/bin/chroot test /tmp/group_add.sh >> /dev/null 2>&1

Then you can chroot into the container using the following commands:

#fix nosuid error of sudo:

#fix pacman error of archlinux:
mount --rbind test test

#chroot into container:
unset LD_PRELOAD
chroot test /bin/su - root

Exiting container：
Just exit,the most processes in the container will be stopd，you can also find the child processes of chroot and kill it, but I haven't learned about it.
Remember that when the container stopped, the system directories is still mounted on it, you can reboot your device, umount them or use mount namespace for more security.
Although pure chroot is already deprecated in termux-container,but if you want to use it, that's the way.

sudo wget http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-base/releases/22.04/release/ubuntu-base-22.04.1-base-arm64.tar.gz &&
sudo tar xvpf ubuntu-base-22.04.1-base-arm64.tar.gz &&
sudo mkdir sdcard && cd

And used this tutorial :

But unlike linux deploy , i cant umount /dev after i stop vnc server , i got device of resources busy . Do you know why i cant umount it properly ?
