Rapid Response: Running every 10 minutes

Summary:
Rapid Response is running every 10 minutes even though it is set to "Once Per Computer"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set Execution Frequency to Once Per Computer through Config Profile
2. Deploy the RapidResponse Tool with --action load set as a varaible
3. Note that whatever is running will run every 10 minutes

Actual vs. Expected Behavior:

• Actual: What occurred: It ran every 10 minutes
• Expected: What should have occurred: It should have only ran once and then stopped

Environment:

• Tool/Platform: RCC
• Tool/Platform Version: 1.0.42
• OS Version: 15.4

Unfortunately, this bricked the computer so we had to wipe it, and don't have access to the local logs. But I have confirmed everything was setup correctly in Jamf and it was definitely the tool that was running the policy once every 10 minutes.
