Create Vector Tiles from external Scoring DB #246
Description
The system must support the ability for users to ingest site model updates (in GeoJSON format, e.g. ground truths) via API that corresponds to a site model with null start and/or end dates. All the proposals from different performers for a site needs to be adjudicated together in a serial manner.
Updates to the Ground Truth: Changes accepted and approved per site model will update the ground truth values before presenting another site model item to the user from a different performer or same performer (adjudication and updates to official ground truth will happen serially).
How to update the official ground truth with the changes made in the RGD-Annotation interface?
- As long as we can update the values in the T&E database that will make it optimal.
- We would need to pull in information from the T&E database.
- Keep a list of approved ones then export them as JSON that could update the T&E official database.
