Allow intermediate files to be filtered out

Files from intermediate stages of the pipeline (i.e. DSM rasters, meshes generated by KWIVER, etc) should be labeled as such. There should also be a way to filter out these files from the file list, so that only the final 3D tiles (and possibly the input point cloud / FMV) are shown.
