[Enhancement]: rule derivations online

Feature/Enhancement Description

Currently, we have a lot of rule derivations written down internally in a BIASlab overleaf file. It would be cool to have them available online, perhaps as part of the RxInfer documentation?

Motivation / Use Case

It will enable the community to formally understand message passing faster, compared to having to look up the derivation elsewhere, deriving it themselves or scrutinizing our code.

Proposed Solution

a separate tab/location in the RxInfer documentation. We will need some way to write LaTeX equations, and to allow BIASlab members to contribute.

Alternatives Considered

We could also host it on a separate webpage. Possibly easier to implement, but having it in one place is cleaner.

Example Use Cases

The community can level up their knowledge. It makes it easier to become a contributor to RxInfer instead of just a user.

This is great initiative @ThijsJenneskens , after small contemplation I think it would be nice to consolidate those in a separate repository, e.g. here MessagePassingRulesBase, we started it a while and now it is abandoded. You're free to wipe the repo (the src and doc folders) and start it over, the purpose of the repository will for now be just documenting the existing rules, but looking ahead into the future we can also move all the rules there and leave ReactiveMP only implemented the core of Reactive Message Passing. The split would also help us to integrate Cortex in the future.

I actually think this is a great idea. I think we should indeed separate the math from ReactiveMP at some point. If this is split, it might be easier to replace the @rule macro with a new iteration (without having to change every rule definition). I don't immediately see how MessagePassingRulesBase could abstract away the rules such that we can freely import the math defined there in any new MP engine, but I'm sure we can work something out
