bug: Already downloaded apps not showing up in the settings

Bug description

Already existing downloaded apps in /data/data/app.revanced.manager.flutter/app_downloaded-apps/ does not show up in the "Apps" list in ReVanced settings -> Downloads -> Apps

Root access and a 3rd party file explorer is needed to remove those downloaded apps, for users with no root it is currently impossible to clear it without completely removing the app and reinstalling it, clearing the cache does not get rid of those files.

Will do.

I noticed that the main reason for this problem is caused when the user quits while the app is still downloading. This causes the half-downloaded files to remain existing while the manager can't display it in the app list.
