"The selected mod could not be read - Error message: The mod does not contain a metadata file"

Hi ,I'm having a problem with Rayman Origins. For some reason, everytime I try to open/manage my mods, I get the same exact error message over and over, and get kicked out of it after clicking "Ok". I've tried installing, reinstalling, restarting my computer, and downloading different versions in hopes that RCP wipes my user data. Yes, I have also tried debugging it using -reset. Doesn't work. Can anyone please help me with this?

I should probably mention that I have 3 mods installed, no idea which ones since in the error screen it only shows me the Wonky Movement mod. Even though it recognizes 3 mods.

Hi! That's odd! It shouldn't allow installing a mod if it doesn't have a metadata file.

In order to reset the mods for the game you have to delete the .rcp_mods folder which is in the game directory:

This folder is hidden by default, so you need to make sure you have File Explorer set to view hidden files first.

Before deleting it though, could you upload the mods.json from it? That shows which mods you have and would help me figure out how this bug happened.
