Broken default styles in editor web component

Overview

Some of default styles on the editor web component are broken or missing broken, this means unless they are all explictly define in the theme (like in Editor Standalone) the Editor can appear to have missing style - this causes problems on the projects site for example which does not use the editor theme.

The general issue has still not been address but we currently default to editor styles for local dev with #1319
