API parameters don't work as expected

If the ApiDocumentationEnabled: false parameter is set in settings.json, the API does not respond to calls, even if ApiEnabled: true is also set.

Latest version 1.4.6.

Thanks for raising this. Please can you give me an example API call that is failing, and I will look into it?
