Tensorflow dependency in requirements.txt

Somehow the tensorflow dependency in the requirements.txt file caused some issue. Simply removing the corresponding lines in the requirements.txt file solved the problem. I think we do not need tensorflow, do we?

Tensorboard is used in one of the alternative monitors. That requires tensorflow. Could we mark it as optional?

Why not, this should solve the issue, right? Most importantly, the setup of ptylab has to work without any big issues.

Tensorflow is a huge dependency and I actually did wonder a while back if we need it. But added it to requirements.txt for time being. @wfeschen feel free to tag me incase some concerns are related to the changes I did.

About adding tensorflow as an optional dependency—atleast with the current setup and import structure, PtyLab doesn't work as is. So might require some refactoring. @wfeschen would you do this and test this? We would then need to update pyproject.toml and change the version of the package.
