Swin Transformer for 3D MRI Classification

Is there any example of 3D classification using Swin Transformer using MRI or CT images. Any help would highly appreciated.

Hi @almahdir1 , thanks for the comment. I believe there are works in the community with classification tasks. If you'd like to use swin transformer model for classification, it can be achieved by modifying the segmentation head to classification heads. Currently, we haven't tested SwinUNETR or 3D transformer for specific MRI/CT classification.

Hi @almahdir1 , were you able to find any examples/produce your own code for SwinUNETR for 3D MRI classification? Im trying to do the same, but unable to find MRI related pretrained weights. How did you go about it?
