[opennurbs] Possibility of undefined behavior in inffast.c

Describe the bug

There might be a bug in inffast.c.
Decrementing a pointer before its allocated memory is undefined is not compliant with the C standard.

It has been fixed in zlib and opennurbs.

please check the related information.

If patch is needed, I will create a PR.

Thank you for reporting this issue. A few months ago, we have discussed removing all files copied from zlib from the PCL repository, because PCL uses a system-installed zlib by default anyway. That would concern the files listed here: https://github.com/PointCloudLibrary/pcl/blob/master/surface/src/3rdparty/opennurbs/zlib.cmake If you like, you could create a PR for that.
