(Discussion) Replace Github Wiki with docs on pages

The thing is, that Wiki is not easily changeable. You can't create pull requests to make changes to github wiki of the repo.

So I am proposing to transfer existing wiki pages to our page https://github.com/PoGo-Devs/PoGo-Devs.github.io, where everybody can contribute easily via PRs. And removing Wiki subsection from this repo.

Already have almost everything, just missing improve sections, especially the instructions.
