How to convert data from qiime2 for Phinch?

I have tried to convert the data from qiime2 but it didn't work

The file that I get, it doesn't look good and the Phinch can't validate it.
Is there instructions for that kind of data?
I can't figure out it on my own
I would appreciate any help
