Accidental overwriting of previous values when working with repeated mesurements

Description

As it is not clear which is the most recent entry (#1454), it frequently happens that previous values are overwritten. This could be prevented with the lock button. Unfortunately, the lock button prevents all entries.

Expected: Lock option to prevent alteration of previously entered data.

Alternatives

To minimize the risk of overwriting data in Fieldbook, I currently have to delete and re-download the trial so users start from a clean state.

It looks like the alternative lock (existing data frozen but allow new data) isn't functioning correctly with repeated measures.
