Some other systems do not comply with the CloudEvents standard. For instance, Brighter's Binary Content Mode uses underscores instead of dashes (let alone they should use AMQP Binary Content Mode not the HTTP one).
The goal is to implement support for Brighter and other popular systems that deviate from the CloudEvents specification in any way.
