Allow participant level authorization #16
Description
Based on feedback at the June conference, we want to be able to limit authorization to only a subset of participants within a study. Will require coordination with research portal and DACO portal on data flows.
Justification - we should not give access to data not specifically required by the user. If a user is only interested in breast cancer patients, we should not automatically give them access to all of the non-breast cancer participants in a study.
