Windows TRT 10.5 only supply up to CUDA 12.6, so how to run paddleocr with TensorRT on a RTX5070ti.

There's a typo in Section 1.3 - Python 3.12 installation command is missing "pip install".

Current: python -m https://...
Correct: python -m pip install https://...

The other Python versions (3.9-3.11) are correct, only 3.12 is affected.
