Errata for the book #37

I have uploaded a compilation of the errata I found in the book. I provided the list to the publisher, who forwarded it to the author. However despite persistent attempts over several months by the publisher to get a response from the author, they were completely unsuccessful. So I decided to post the list here to help other readers who might be puzzled by some of the mistakes. It's a long list, so I have no doubt I've snuck in a blooper or two of my own. If you believe I've got my facts wrong for any of these, please let me know. Finally, feel free to ignore any item you come across which you consider to be a matter of opinion and for which you have a different opinion. 😉
