ON STARTUP: Fatal Error Detected, Failed to Execute script pyi_rth_certifi

Describe the bug
I am trying to run SHARpy on my windows 10 desktop, on the 1.4.0 version on Git, and it never works and only says this error. After I double click to open it, it pops up the windows defender, I click allow, and it pops up that error after a few seconds of loading.

Should be fixed in v2 which doesn't use Python at all.
