How to interpret access_restrictions

Hi, I struggle - a couple of days - with access_restrictions interpretation.
First of all, I see entries as below - some examples with the first coordinate when it occurs (lat, lng):

1. 52.435712,13.6997872 [{"access_type":"allowed","between":[0.0,0.186973264]}]

What happens for the range outside that between? Is it disallowed in general?

2. 52.3722359,13.2012555 [{"access_type":"denied","between":[0.803623779,1.0]}]

is it allowed then for all on 0-0.8? is it not the same?

3. 52.5522045,13.1269003 [{"access_type":"allowed","when":{"recognized":["as_private"]},"between":[0.742062512,1.0]}]

Ok, in that range it is private-only access - but what outside? is it allowed? if so, what with 1. and 2?

4. 52.3895728,17.0364192 [{"access_type":"denied","between":[0.43077612,1.0]},{"access_type":"denied","when":{"mode":["motor_vehicle"]},"between":[0.0,0.43077612]},{"access_type":"allowed","when":{"mode":["foot","bicycle"]}}]

There I see it is in general allowed for foot and bicycle, but with general exclusion on 0.43-1, and also additionally denied for motor vehicles on 0-0.43. There, what with that denied on 0.43-1 vs allowed, and for what it is denied - if for all, then why we have that foot and bicycle? And if we have that, let say, complete image...

5. 52.4177709,13.2348834 [{"access_type":"allowed"},{"access_type":"denied","when":{"heading":"backward"}}]

Could not it be just allowed in forward direction?

6. 52.3709998,16.998585 [{"access_type":"allowed","when":{"mode":["hgv"],"using":["at_destination"]}}]

What it means? it is accessible only when that HGV has destination there? what with others?

I am also under impression that road class also has some impact on the access_type, like if it is a sidewalk, rather we will not allow motor_vehicle access. But I also saw, in similar cases (for path for instance) vehicle access disabled.

A bit confusing, I would say.

does it mean for everything else it is accessible?

what is on 0.99-1 - allowed for all, disallowed? and what that designated means actually.
