This looks to be coming from the Biography panel, specifically this section here:

	return list.blacklist[clean_artist] || black_list;
}

It should be parsing the contents of the file "blacklist_image.json" in the path <Foobar Folder>\profile\yttm or in the subfolder "art_img" in there. Can you check if this file exists and if so, send its contents?
