Window titles in 'Windows and Tabs' widget do not get automatically updated when window url is changed #1609

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open tab
2. Change URL in newly opened tab

Results:
'Windows and Tabs' widget is not updated until items are hovered.

Expected:
'Windows and Tabs' widget should be automatically updated every time windows URLs are changed.
