Huge package size

Hi,

I'm trying to improve install size of my app, and looks like google_ads_node is the biggest package :|

I've investigated a bit, in production env, where there is no usage of typescript, we can remove .d.ts files
It will remove 11M!

I've checked what is the reason for the large size,

in build/src/v21/ folder,

in build/protos

4.8M	google
14M	protos.d.ts
8.2M	protos.js
1.1M	protos.json

Total lib size - 106MB which out of it, 14Mb + 25MB + 11MB = 50MB is dev deps,
So maybe, it is possible to generate these files, and put it into a separate package, which this lib will consume as devDep - with this approach, production installs will be smaller by 50%!
