NVCM check results as a red/green per-camera light table

The Check NVCM (all) result dialog shows a text list. Show a light table instead: one indicator per camera, green = NVCM programmed (boots), red = not programmed, gray = no verdict (camera absent/unpowered or probe inconclusive). Fuse detail stays in the text below, not in the lights.

Shipped on the feature/62-fast-nvcm-check branch (rides PR #63, commit 091ae8a): 8-light row in the check result dialog — green PROGRAMMED, red not programmed, gray no-verdict — filling in live as per-camera results arrive; text summary with fuse detail retained below.
