Write a more detailed walkthrough of the Demo (and how OTIO is used) 

Create something similar to [this](https://opentimelineio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/otio-timeline-structure.html) (but more user-friendly) that documents our Youtube/OTIO example.
