Motion: conflict view in editorial view is missing

Describe the bug
If two or more amendments refer to the same content of a motion, a conflict will appear, if they are accepted. The conflict needs to be solves manually. This is done in the editorial final view. In an older version the conflict was highlighted with a special kind of text in the editor view to make it easier to recognize.

How to Reproduce

1. open Motions
2. create a motion
3. create two amendments to the same content
4. set both amendments to accepted
5. set motion to accepted
6. create the editorial final view. edit it --> conflict is not visible anymore.

Expected behavior
Re-Add the original conflict view in the editor mask of the editorial final view.
