Audit and align the GitHub issue templates in .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ with the canonical Filigran set: bug_report.md, feature_request.md, question.md, documentation.yaml (this repo ships docs), and a public config.yml (blank_issues_enabled: true).
Since this is a public repository with native private vulnerability reporting enabled, no security contact_link is added (it would duplicate the built-in report button). Any stray/duplicate templates or community Slack links are removed.
